We have been cleaning granite for years now, so we have several years' experience in their maintenance,
along with sound advice from the professionals. Granite is a very tough material and, with proper care, will last years longer
than some other countertop materials. It is very tolerant of hot pots and pans being accidentally placed on it, and is highly
stain-resistant. We wipe granite countertops using a microfiber cloth to dust off countertop surfaces. We only use
neutral PH cleaners for routine cleaning of granite surfaces. In situations where periodic heavy duty cleaning is needed,
we use an alkaline (high PH) cleaner. These are excellent degreasers, working well on grout and most stone surfaces without
chemically damaging these surfaces. We don't use acidic cleaners for routine stone maintenance. Although many stones
are acid resistant, there are many stones (most noteworthy- Marble) which are sensitive to acids. Even a light solution of
vinegar and water will quickly etch and dull polished marble surfaces. Tips: It is recommended that
whatever cleaner is used on fine ceramic tile, that it is always first tested to ensure that it does not dull the polished
surface. It is also important to note that acidic cleaners do not function as degreasers, but work by chemically attacking
cement and calcium found in grout and some varieties of stone, thus damaging the structural integrity of the grout and stone.

Stainless steel is known for its durability. To keep your stainless steel looking it's best, and to prevent
damage from occuring, We will never use abrasives or steel wool on stainless steel. After we clean your sink then we
wipe all surfaces dry to get a high shine. Cleaning Tips: Following these recommendations
for the care and cleaning of your stainless steel sink will insure that it will provide you with many years of service. Use
only a mild liquid dishwashing detergent with a soft sponge to clean and then thoroughly rinse the sink. Rinse thoroughly
after each use. “Thorough” rinsing can be done by running water for a few minutes and rubbing the cleaned area
with a sponge. Towel dry after each use to prevent mineral deposits from building up on the surface of the sink. Do Not...Allow
liquid soap or other household cleansers to dry on the surface of the sink. Most brands contain chemical additives which will
affect the original finish. Do Not...Use solutions of chlorine bleach and water in the sink. Chlorides, which are found in
most soaps, detergents, bleaches, and cleansers, are very aggressive to stainless steel. If left on the sink too long they
can cause surface pitting. Do Not...Use a steel wool pad to clean your sink. Steel wool pads have a tendency to break apart
and small particles of steel can become embedded in the surface of the sink. The steel particles will rust and will give the
appearance that the sink itself is rusting. Do Not...Use abrasive cleansers or abrasive pads as it will scratch the surface.
Do Not...Leave wet sponges, cloths, or cleaning pads on the sink. This can lead to surface rust. Water Quality The
quality of your water can affect your sink’s appearance. If your water has a high iron content, a brown surface stain
can form on the sink giving the appearance of rust. Additionally, in areas with a high concentration of minerals, or with
over-softened water, a white film may develop on the sink. To combat these problems, we suggest that the sink be towel dried
after use. Spotting The quality of your water can affect your sink’s appearance. In areas
with hard water, a brown surface stain can form on the sink giving the appearance of rust. This phenomena also occurs in water
with high iron content. Additionally, in areas with a high concentration of minerals, or with over softened water, a white
film may develop on the sink. To combat this problem, we suggest that the sink be towel dried after use.

We clean the microwave inside and out every time we clean. Here is a microwave cleaning tips for when
you have to face it alone. To clean the interior surfaces, wipe with a soft cloth and warm water. Do not use abrasive or harsh
cleaners or scouring pads. For heavier soil, Place a bowl of water in the microwave (with a non-metal object such as a wooden
spoon or stir stick in the water*) and heat for 3 – 5 minutes, depending how hard the crud is really stuck on. When
microwave stops, keep the door closed to give the moisture and steam the heated bowl of water generated to have time to work.
Remove bowl (careful, it’s hot) and take a moist, warm cloth to the inside of the microwave. The crud bits should wipe
off easily. Never spray oven cleaners directly onto any part of the oven. Occasionally, a cooking odor may remain in
the oven. To remove, combine 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice and several whole cloves in a 2-cup (475 ml) glass
measuring cup. Boil for several minutes using 100% power. Allow to set in oven until cool. Wipe interior with a soft cloth.
Foods with high acidity, such as tomatoes or lemons, will cause the porcelain enamel turntable to discolor. Do not cook highly
acidic foods directly on the turntable; if spills occur, wipe up immediately. The turntable motor shaft is not sealed, so
excess water or spills should not be allowed to stand in this area.

cleaner attachments. The crevice tool will also help vacuum corners and edges. The dust brush tool works well when vacuuming
leather upholstered furniture. For really delicate fabrics, use caution. For other non-upholstered furniture, use the
dust brush tool or crevice tool. The cleaning solutions and equipment we use are state-of-the-art,
environmentally preferable and very effective. The Kirby Ultimate G series we use is allergen reduction which filter captures
and holds 99.97% of particles down to .1 micron in size - keeping dust mite droppings, pollen and pet dander in the bag and
out of the air you breathe. Panther Enterprises has a full line of housekeeping products, from general to multi-purpose cleaners
for a wide variety of surfaces. Our products do more than clean, they are EPA registered disinfectants and are formulated
for total cleanliness and environmental sanitation and provide outstanding results.

Ceiling Fan Cleaning As part of our "Basic Cleaning Package" we dust the fan
blades with a ceiling fan cleaning brush every time we clean. As part of our deep cleaning process your ceiling fans will
get detailed cleaned about every two months. This in tells of hand wash fan blades and to avoid getting cleaner inside the
motor, we spray all-purpose cleaner onto a paper towel. Wipe away dirt and dust from the top of the fan blade with the moistened
paper towel, then use a fresh paper towel with cleaner and wipe the blades surface to finish the cleaning process on each
blade. After all the blades are cleaned we start on the light fixture, we carefully remove the globe light bulb and hand wash
the globe with soapy water, dry it carefully and replace. Make sure the screws are at the right place on the rim of the globe
before tightening, and check to see that the globe is secure and does not wobble after you have adjusted the screws. Some
globes that have frosting should not be washed with soap as the tint will lighten; use only water for this type of globe. We
do not detail clean ceiling fans or light fixtures higher than 9 ft ceilings.

We vacuum ceramic tile floors using an electric sweeper with soft brush to remove any loose dirt
or grit. Then we damp mop with ceramic tile floor cleaner using a slightly dampened microfiber mop. We only use neutral
PH cleaners for routine cleaning of ceramic tile and grout surfaces. In situations where periodic heavy duty cleaning is needed,
we use an alkaline (high PH) cleaner. These are excellent degreasers, working well on grout and most stone surfaces without
chemically damaging these surfaces. We don't use acidic cleaners for routine stone maintenance. Although many stones

surface. It is also important to note that acidic cleaners do not function as degreasers, but work by chemically attacking
cement and calcium found in grout and some varieties of stone, thus damaging the structural integrity of the grout and stone.

Wood Flooring or Laminate Flooring The key to lasting beauty of your wood flooring
investment is proper maintenance for the life of your floor. We vacuum hardwood floors using an electric sweeper with soft
brush to remove any loose dirt or grit. Then we damp mop with hardwood floor cleaner using a slightly dampened microfiber
mop. Tips: Place walk-off mats at all exterior entrances. This will capture much of the harmful dirt
before it even reaches the hardwood floor. Shake out, wash or vacuum mats and area rugs frequently. Floor protector pads of
soft felt or similar material should be placed on the bottoms of the legs of the furniture. Floor protectors must be kept
clean of grit and periodically replaced. Keep high heels in good repairs. An unprotected tip will dent any hardwood floor.
Kitchen floors experience the most traffic in a home. To prevent premature wear of the floor, place an area rug in
front of the sink and stove area. Shake out or vacuum the rugs frequently. Finally, using a humidifier or dehumidifier in
conjunction with a furnace or air conditioning system to maintain relative humidity in the home at 30-50% will maintain the
moisture in the wood and minimize cracks between the boards. Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner

Shower door and Care of Aluminum Frame is a quality product that should last for many years if properly
maintained. Care of Aluminum The aluminum in your shower door is durable and resistant to water
damage. It is advisable, but not necessary, to wipe it dry with your towel after your shower. It should be cleaned at least
weekly no more than bi-weekly with a soft damp cloth to remove any buildup. We never use an abrasive cleaner or steel wool
of any kind. Although anodized aluminum is exceptionally resistant to corrosion, discoloration and wear, its natural beauty
can be marred by harsh chemicals, abuse or neglect. Such conditions usually affect only the surface finish but do not reduce
the service life of the aluminum. Many glass cleaners can damage the anodized surface of the aluminum if allowed to remain
on the metal for any length of time. Care of Glass It is important to ensure that a simple
cleaning regime is followed to maximise the anti-bacterial agent’s effect. After showering, ensure the enclosures are
washed using a damp non-abrasive cloth immersed in warm water containing a mild household detergent. Wipe any excess water,
but leave the enclosures to dry naturally. The anti-bacterial agent works well in a humid environment by migrating to the
surface to destroy the bacteria. Tips: To keep the glass of your new shower enclosure crystal clear
for as long as possible be sure to clean the glass with a squeegee and towel AFTER EACH EXPOSURE TO WATER. Waiting too long
between cleanings allows water spots, mold, and other things to build up. Once these elements take hold THEY CANNOT BE COMPLETELY
REMOVED FROM THE GLASS.

Cross-contamination is a significant issue for housekeepers; after all, thoroughly cleaning one area and then
dragging dirt and germs into another area of the home defeats the purpose of cleaning for health. “Cross-contamination
certainly is an issue, because I’ve seen and heard horror stories of people using one rag to clean a toilet and then
using that same rag to wipe out a sink,” says Susan Matthews, Environmental Supervisor of Cleaning Solutions by Panther
Enterprises. One way housekeepers can reduce the risk of cross-contamination is by developing best practices. For example,
“If you’re cleaning a toilet DO NOT use our cloths for these types of jobs, instead only disposable paper towels
will do. “You never dip a dirty rag back into the bucket so you don’t dilute or introduce organic soil into that
disinfectant.” Our staff has developed health cleaning practices. "We don’t dry any touched surfaces.
Almost everything gets wet-wiped and then dries on its own so the disinfectant will be on surfaces long enough to kill the
germs."

We proudly offer special touches that you won't find with other cleaning companies. We at Cleaning Solutions
by Panther Enterprises go the extra mile. It really makes a difference!

have grooves running along the back of the inside for this purpose. If your cupboard doesn't come with a light, you can easily
install an under-mount light, which is commonly used in kitchen applications. All you have to do is drill a hole in the back
of the cabinet and run the electrical cord down the back. Mix in other elements like books, candlesticks, vases and small
plants to add interest to your china cupboard. Check the maximum weight each of the shelves in the cupboard will hold. Reinforce
the shelves if necessary to prevent them from falling from the weight of the china and smashing your collection. Don't overcrowd
the china cupboard. The display section of the cupboard is only intended to highlight a few items. Don't forget to organize
the hidden parts of the cupboard as well. Most cupboards have lower sections that are intended for china and flatware storage.
Organize this area so the china is easily accessible and secure.

Laundry rooms are great to have, but boy, can they get messy. If yours is out of hand, don't worry. Whether
you have a dedicated laundry room, a corner of the garage, or a washer tucked away in a hall closet, we can regain control
and use of this space. We start by dust the walls and cabinets. Lint buildup in a laundry room can make for a lot of

Place it in shelves, cabinets, or bins so that the items you use most are close at hand. If possible, clear the tops of the
washer and dryer and any work surfaces. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) estimates that
15,500 house fires associated with clothes dryers occur annually. These fires account for an average of 10 deaths and 310
injuries and more than $84.4 million in property damage annually.
