When you told me what it was going to cost me to get my carpet cleaned, I fully expected to get the run-a-round when you came out. I want to thank Panther Enterprises for excellent customer service! My toddler has had a horrible case of allergies this year and I had tried everything to improve the air quality in my home by buying expensive air filters, ionic machines, and even had stopped using certain chemicals around the house and in my laundry. So, I ran across an ad for Panther Enterprises and after speaking with Susan, I was hoping for “the solution” to our allergy problem. After the carpet was cleaned, not only did it look wonderful, my baby’s nose quit running! When Panther Enterprises came to clean my carpets, I really expected just a routine cleaning and up until approximately half way through this process it seemed that way. However, I was amazed, when I thought it was finished, they began to fill their machine with clear water. They patiently explained to me that most professionals left their various substances (chemicals) in their carpet which gums up the carpet. This actually attracts dirt and results in more frequent carpet cleanings. With their magical rinsing of my carpet has resulted in my carpet looking exactly as it was when it was brand new. In addition it has stayed cleaner longer and I have not had to call them back so their cleaning is definitely lasting longer.

Thank you for doing such a great job on my house. It was really nice this weekend to know that I didn't have to work myself into a tizzy to get ready for the upcoming week. It's still clean!
